Oksana Kotel and Anastasiya Pavluchenko, advocates from the Disputes Resolution Practice of Revera Consulting Group, had a speech at the VIII Practical conference “Influence of law enforcement practice on development of entrepreneurial activities in the Republic of Belarus”.
The event gathered practicing lawyers, advocates and representatives of the courts system of the Republic of Belarus, the National Center of Legal Information, the Ministry of Architecture and Construction, the Ministry of Trade, the Department for readjustment and bankruptcy of the Ministry of Economy.
Anastasiya Pavluchenko told the participants about the first experience in applying the latest amendments and additions to the Code of Administrative Offences concerning release of business entities from an administrative responsibility. The topic of Oksana Kotel dealt with the practice for an appeal against resolutions on administrative cases as a whole.
Each session was followed by interesting discussions. The conference was very informative and useful thanks to a good cast of both speakers and participants.
