Information about the data controller

Personal data is processed by REVERA law group offices. They jointly manage your personal data. Contact details of the REVERA offices can be found at here.

1. General provisions

This document specifies the Personal Data Processing Policy (hereinafter - Policy) of REVERA with respect to users of the Site, customers and contractors, job applicants.

The Policy has been developed in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

The following basic terms are used in this Policy:

  1. REVERA – Revera Legal LLC, Office 27 (1st floor), 8 Oboynaya Str., Minsk, 220004, Republic of Belarus, TIN 93562513;
  2. Website – the website is accessible through the link belarus.revera.legal;
  3. Law – the Law of May 07, 2021 № 99-З "On protection of personal data”;
  4. CC – Civil Code of the Republic of Belarus of December 7, 1998, № 218-З;
  5. List – Resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus No. 140 of May 24, 2012 "On the List of Standard Documents"

Entering into, executing, amending and terminating a contract with customers

Grounds Processing of personal data when the operator receives personal data on the basis of an agreement already entered into (to be entered into) with the subject of personal data, for the purpose of performing the actions set out in that agreement (paragraph 15, Article 6 of the Law) - with respect to contracts entered into with the client-individual and individual entrepreneur, or,

Processing of personal data in cases where the processing of personal data is necessary for fulfillment of the obligations (authority) provided by legislative acts (paragraph 20, Article 6 of the Law), Article 49, paragraph 5 of Article 186 of the Civil Code - in respect of contracts entered into with a client-legal entity
Data retention period Agreements, contracts on financial and economic activities and documents to them - 3 years after the expiry date of the agreement, contract, tax authorities audit of compliance with tax legislation. Processing of personal data in cases where the processing of personal data is necessary to perform the duties (authority) provided by legislative acts (paragraph 20 of Article 6 of the Law), Article 49, paragraph 5 of Article 186 of the Civil Code - in respect of contracts entered into with a contractor-legal entity

By giving your consent to REVERA's processing of your personal data, you agree to REVERA's doing the following with your data: collection, systematization, storage, modification, use, depersonalization, blocking, distribution, provision, deletion, both with and without the use of automation. Consent is given for the period specified in the table below.

3. Cookie policy

REVERA may use cookies to improve the Site and make it more user-friendly. A cookie is a text file stored in your browser. REVERA uses necessary, functional and analytical cookies.

Necessary cookies are used by REVERA for the proper functioning of the Site and the correct use of the features and services offered on it.

Functionality cookies allow you to navigate and take full advantage of our Site.

Analytics cookies are required for statistical purposes, to help improve the performance of our Site and make it more convenient for your use.

4. Third party access to your personal data

We may share your personal information with the third parties listed below for the purposes specified by REVERA in accordance with the Policy:

SMS-Assistant is a service for targeted SMS and Viber-mailing in Belarus, provided by Individual Entrepreneur Elena Valentinovna Dubrovskaya. Legal address:  14/2, Parovozniy lane, 220014, Belarus, Minsk.

Bitrix24 – is a business management system provided by 1C-Bitrix LLC. Legal address: Office 202, 59, Pobediteley Ave., 220035. Bitrix24 personal data processing policy.

Yandex Metrika is a web analytics service provided by Yandex LLC. Legal address: 16 Lev Tolstoy St., 119021, Moscow, Russia. The terms of use of Yandex.Metrika.

Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. Legal address: Google, Google Data Protection Office, 1600 Amphitheatre Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Google Analytics Privacy Policy.

Unisender is an email newsletter service provided by UNISENDER SMART Ltd. Legal address: 21205, Moscow, Skolkovo Innovation Centre, Malevicha ul. 1, floor 2, room number 9, workplace number 1,2,3. Unisender's personal data processing policy.

We may also share your personal information with appropriate third parties when we have reason to believe that we are required to do so by law.

5. Rights of the subject of personal data

1. The right to obtain information regarding the processing of personal data You have the right to receive information regarding the processing of your personal data that contains:
  • the name and location of REVERA
  • REVERA's confirmation of the processing of your personal data
  • your personal data and their source
  • the legal basis and purpose for processing your personal data
  • the period for which you have given your consent to the processing of your personal data
  • the name and location of the authorized person to whom REVERA provides your personal data for processing
Within 5 working days of receiving your request, REVERA will provide you with the information you requested or notify you of the reasons for refusing to provide it
2. The right to receive information on the provision of personal data to third parties You are entitled to receive information from REVERA about providing your personal data to authorized persons once a calendar year free of charge Within 15 calendar days of receiving your request, REVERA will provide you with information about what and to whom your personal information was provided during the year preceding the date of application, or notify you of the reasons for refusing to provide it
3. The right to make changes to your personal data You have the right to ask REVERA to change your personal information if it is incomplete, outdated or inaccurate Within 15 calendar days of receiving your request, REVERA will amend your personal data if it is incomplete, outdated or inaccurate
4. The right to demand the termination of personal data processing and (or) its deletion You have the right to request REVERA to stop processing your personal data, including deletion, free of charge, if there is no reason to process your personal data REVERA will stop processing your personal data within 15 calendar days of receiving your request, except when REVERA has the right to continue the processing of personal data on the grounds established by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus
5. The right to withdraw the previously given consent to the processing of personal data If your consent is the legal basis for processing your personal data, you can withdraw it at any time. This will not affect the lawfulness of the processing of personal data based on your consent until you withdraw your consent REVERA will stop processing your personal data within 15 calendar days of receiving your request, remove it and notify you thereof, except when REVERA is entitled to continue processing your personal data on the grounds established by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus
6. The right to appeal against action (inaction) and decisions of the operator related to the processing of personal data If you believe that our processing of personal data violates applicable personal data protection laws, you can file a complaint with an authorized body.
 

To exercise one or more of the rights listed under №1 to 4, you have to send REVERA the corresponding request:

  • in writing to the following address: 8, Oboynaya St., Minsk, Republic of Belarus, 220004, or
  • as an electronic document to the following e-mail address: belarus@revera.legal

To exercise the right to withdraw consent (№ 5), you have to send REVERA the request in the form in which the consent was given, namely:

  • in writing to the address: 8, Oboynaya St., Minsk, Republic of Belarus, 220004, or
  • in the form of an electronic document or in electronic form to the e-mail address: belarus@revera.legal

Your request to exercise one or more of the aforementioned rights must contain: full name - surname, first name, patronymic (if any); address; date of birth; the essence of requirements; identification number or number of an identity document (if there is no identification number) - if this information was provided when giving consent or if personal data is processed without consent of the subject; a personal signature or an electronic signature.

The right to appeal action (inaction) and decisions of REVERA (№ 6) related to the processing of personal data is carried out in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus on the appeals of citizens and legal entities.
