On January 31, 2014 Anastasiya Pavluchenko, an advocate of Revera Consulting Group, was a lecturer within the special course “Effective work of a lawyer in court proceedings”, organized by the educational center “Professional interest”.
Anastasiya had a speech about special features of collection of external overdue accounts receivable and focused on the following issues:
- jurisdiction over disputes;
- filing of a suit;
- calculation and payment of the state due;
- correlation between terms for consideration of cases and terms for foreign trade operations completion;
- court enforcement action outside the Republic of Belarus.
