Review of regulation of pharmaceutical business in EEU related to price formation
REVERA lawyers in partnership with lawyers of Russian and Kazakh offices of Dentons company prepared a review of legal regulation of pharmaceutical business related to price formation.
The review includes the following:
- information about current legislation of Russian Federation, Republic of Belarus and Republic of Kazakhstan in the area of pharmacy;
