Ulyana provides legal support to foreign and Belarusian companies on corporate law matters, including issues related to registration of legal entities, acquisitions, and divestitures, as well as on investment promotion matters.
In addition to her corporate experience, Ulyana also has significant experience in a wide range of labour matters, including recruitment, transfer, and dismissal of employees. Ulyana also develops local legal acts, localizes global policies and audits HR documentation.
Valeryia Getsman
Leading Associate, REVERA Belarus
Valeryia specialises in corporate law, with a particular focus on M&A transactions, including company formation, restructuring, and business acquisitions and disposals. Her expertise spans the full range of corporate governance and transactional procedures, such as profit allocation, changes in management and ownership, and convening and holding general meetings. Valeryia also advises clients on the application of statutory mechanisms in corporate governance.
In addition to corporate matters, Valeryia advises on employment law issues, including recruitment, transfer, and termination of employees. Her experience includes implementing trade secret protection frameworks and developing related internal policies and documentation.
