Valeryia specialises in corporate law, with a particular focus on M&A transactions, including company formation, restructuring, and business acquisitions and disposals. Her expertise spans the full range of corporate governance and transactional procedures, such as profit allocation, changes in management and ownership, and convening and holding general meetings. Valeryia also advises clients on the application of statutory mechanisms in corporate governance.
In addition to corporate matters, Valeryia advises on employment law issues, including recruitment, transfer, and termination of employees. Her experience includes implementing trade secret protection frameworks and developing related internal policies and documentation.
Furthermore, Valeryia has experience conducting HR audits of Belarusian companies, as well as legal due diligence across corporate and employment matters.

- Advising on the first cryptocurrency investment transaction in Belarus;
- Drafting a comprehensive legal opinion on a wide range of corporate and regulatory issues, including the incorporation of a Belarusian joint-stock company (CJSC) and the use of English law instruments within Belarusian commercial transactions;
