Lawyer from RCG speaks at the conference “Belarusian Oil Refining and Oil Products Exports”
There was held V International Сonference “Belarusian Oil Refining and Oil Products Exports” with the support of Belneftekhim State Concern (Белнефтехим) on April 8-9, 2013 in Minsk. The event is one of the key events in the region’s oil industry events calendar, that regularly gathers managers and specialists working in oil and gas industry, investors, leading traders from Europe, Russia and Belarus, as well as representatives of transport-and-logistics companies.
At the conference Amir Al-Haidar, a lawyer of the Commercial Practice of Revera Consulting Group, presented a report “Procedure for the payment of export customs duties for oil and oil products on export from the Customs Union territory”.
The conference became a unique platform where there were to the full extent considered the situation and prospects of Belarusian oil refining and oil products sales.
In addition to the conference programme there was held a practical seminar “Specific character of oil and oil products sales for countries of the Common Economic Space” on April 10, 2013, to which our lawyer Amir Al-Haidar had been invited to speak. The central issue of the seminar was influence of the Common Economic Space on sales and transportation of oil and oil products.
