ПВТ анонсировал даты очередного приема резидентов

A new intake is scheduled for February 2026. In this regard, companies and individual entrepreneurs (sole proprietors) applying for resident status of the HTP are required to submit a business project for preliminary review and analysis to the HTP Residents Registration Department no later than 30 January 2026.

We remind you that, in order to apply for registration as an HTP resident, it is necessary to complete a number of steps:

  1. To analyse the HTP Regulations and determine the types of activities planned to be carried out as an HTP resident. In the event of a breach of the “revenue profile” requirement (i.e. generation of income from activities not declared in the business project), the applicant may be deprived of HTP resident status and held liable.
  2. To prepare a business project in compliance with the requirements of the HTP methodological guidelines.

The business project must include, inter alia, the following information:

  • a description of the legal entity or individual entrepreneur and its development strategy;
  • a description of goods (works, services, proprietary rights) planned to be produced as part of the business project;
  • an analysis of sales markets for the relevant goods (works, services, proprietary rights);
  • calculations of current and projected financial and economic performance.

Along with the business project, the following documents must be submitted to the Secretariat of the HTP Supervisory Board:

  • an application for registration;
  • constituent documents of the legal entity;
  • a certificate of state registration of the legal entity or individual entrepreneur;
  • a copy of the applicant’s balance sheet (if available).

More detailed information on the HTP admission procedure is available via the link on the official HTP website.
