The High Technology Park hereby announces the dates of the forthcoming admission of residents
A new admission round is scheduled for the end of September 2025. In this regard, companies applying for the status of HTP resident must submit their business project for preliminary review and analysis to the Resident Registration Department no later than 5 September.
We remind you that in order to be registered as an HTP resident, it is necessary to perform a number of actions:
-
Review the HTP Regulations and determine the types of activities the company intends to carry out as an HTP resident. In case of violation of the “core revenue” condition (i.e. deriving profit from activities not declared in the business project), the resident status may be revoked and liability measures applied.
-
Prepare a business project that complies with the requirements of the HTP methodological guidelines.
The business project must include, inter alia, the following information:
-
characteristics of the legal entity or individual entrepreneur, and its development strategy;
-
description of the goods (works, services, proprietary rights) planned for production within the framework of the business project;
-
analysis of the sales markets for the relevant goods (works, services, proprietary rights);
-
calculation of the current and projected financial and economic performance.
Alongside the business project, the following documents must be submitted to the HTP:
-
an application for registration;
-
the founding documents of the legal entity;
-
the certificate of state registration of the legal entity;
-
a copy of the applicant’s balance sheet.
More detailed information on the procedure for joining the HTP can be found on the official HTP website via the link.
We have also previously prepared a list of tips for new HTP residents, highlighting key issues that should be addressed immediately after registration.
