• Participates in the analysis and application of legislative requirements in the field of financial monitoring and anti-money laundering;
• Takes part in advising on legislation governing gambling activities and assesses the requirements applicable to business operating models;
• Prepares software development agreements and agreements on the assignment of rights to intellectual property objects, ensuring the proper transfer and protection of rights.
