The specialist is involved in providing legal support for mergers and acquisitions transactions, including the preparation of documentation and the coordination of closing and post-closing stages.
As part of project teams, the specialist conducts legal analysis and due diligence of target companies, supporting the key stages of transaction projects.
The specialist also prepares corporate documents as part of the restructuring of groups of companies, including the establishment and reorganisation of legal entities.
In addition, the specialist supports the practice’s work on antimonopoly regulation matters in connection with transactions and is involved in projects providing legal support to clients on employment law matters.
