Pavel Klementsov

Pavel specializes in companies legal supporting on intellectual property issues, including registration and transfer of intellectual property rights, registration of rights to trademarks (brands), industrial designs.

Pavel knows the intellectual property industry “from the inside”, as he began his career in the patent office of the Republic of Belarus (National Center for Intellectual Property), where he worked for several years in various positions.

He has experience in working with customs authorities on the inclusion of trademarks in the national customs register.

Pavel represents clients in the Appeals Board of the National Center for Intellectual Property on issues related to trademarks.

He has experience in supporting the registration of well-known trademarks, license agreements, assignment and franchising agreements, patenting of industrial designs both in Republic of Belarus and abroad.

  • Pavel successfully supporting clients on the recognition of trademarks as well-known in the Republic of Belarus, as well as on the registration of geographical indications (appellations of origin of goods).
