The REVERA team represented the interests of a Russian company to enforce an arbitral decision of the Russian Federation on the territory of the Republic of Belarus.
The parties agreed on an installment plan for the enforcement of the arbitral decision. The installment terms, dividing the debt into seven payments, were approved by the Economic Court of Minsk. The debtor systematically violated the terms of the installment plan, which prompted REVERA’s lawyers to apply for a court order.
REVERA’s lawyers oversaw the enforcement proceedings from the initial stage of initiating enforcement to the full recovery of funds, taking all necessary interim measures within the enforcement process.
