Certificates of conformity for the foreign project design company

REVERA advised a major foreign project design company on its compliance certification.

At the beginning of cooperation with a project design company from overseas, REVERA Belarus lawyers assessed its prospects for obtaining the certificates of conformity and elaborated step-plan of necessary actions to ensure compliance with the qualification requirements.

Further, REVERA team monitored the implementation of the step-plan and informed the client about all the particularities of the process.

The project included support in certification of the client’s own design specialists, organization of the process of searching for certified specialists to hire, as well as preparation of the necessary documents and their submission to BELSTROICENTRE.

As a result, the client has successfully passed the compliance certification for performing the functions of a general designer and developing chapters of design documentation.
