Special Measures in Corporate Relations in the Republic of Belarus

In Belarus, a series of extraordinary measures have been implemented concerning companies with participation from individuals and entities originating from “unfriendly” states. These measures encompass both corporate decisions and financial operations:​

• Obtaining permission from the Council of Ministers.
• Restrictions on the distribution of profits (dividends).
• Specific taxation on profits (dividends).
• Introduction of temporary external administration.
• Nationalisation of shares
