Important Reminder for Foreign Companies Operating in Belarus through a Permanent Establishment

REVERA reminds: if you have a permanent establishment in Belarus registered under paragraph 1.5 of Article 70 of the Tax Code, it must be transformed into a branch or another form of operation by May 19, 2025.

What to consider in terms of deadlines:

• Collecting and translating documents from the head office, and legalizing them
• Preparing corporate documents and submitting them for review
• Review time – from 30 business days to 2 months

To avoid last-minute rush, it’s best to start the process early.
