Regular Meeting of the High Technology Park Supervisory Board: 34 New Resident Companies Approved

On 27 October 2025, the regular meeting of the Supervisory Board of the High Technology Park (HTP) took place, during which a decision was made to admit 34 new resident companies.

We are pleased to share several projects in which the REVERA team assisted clients in obtaining HTP residency status as part of the current admission round — an event significant both for the companies themselves and for the HTP.

Fintech Outsourcing Company

The company’s main area of activity is the provision of a full cycle of web development, technical support, and enhancement of software solutions for businesses in the fintech sector.

Within this project, REVERA:

1. advised the client on obtaining HTP residency status;
2. prepared a business plan taking into account the client’s business model;
3. advised on the company’s financial model;
4. accompanied the submission of documents to the HTP.

Mining Company

A mining company engaged in the placement of computing capacities within the territory of the Republic of Belarus.

Within this project, REVERA:

1. advised the client on obtaining HTP residency status;
2. prepared a business plan taking into account the client’s technical infrastructure;
3. advised on the company’s financial model;
4. accompanied the submission of documents to the HTP.

Crypto Broker

REVERA successfully provided full legal support for the establishment and launch of a new crypto broker with the participation of foreign capital.

Within this project, REVERA:

1. advised the client on corporate law matters;
2. carried out the registration of a legal entity with the opening of a bank account in Belarus;
3. advised the client on obtaining HTP residency status;
4. prepared the necessary local and external documentation;
5. drafted certificates, representations, and other documents required for the formation of the crypto broker’s staff;
6. accompanied the submission of documents to the HTP.
