REVERA opened a branch of a foreign company in Belarus

As of 19 November 2024, amendments to the Civil Code have come into force: Article 51-1 now provides for the possibility of opening a branch of a foreign legal entity in Belarus with the right to conduct business activities.

The establishment of a branch is carried out on a permit basis, rather than a notification basis.
