RCG lawyers speak at the seminar-forum within the COMPIS project

On May 21, 2013 Helen Murashko and Oksana Kotel, senior lawyers of Revera Consulting Group, spoke at the seminar-forum within the COMPIS project (arranged by CJSC “Infopark-project”).

The seminar forum was dedicated to several issues:

• Commercial classified information – novelties in the legislation;
• Contracts in the sphere of software creation and usage;
• Topical issues of accounting as for assets, liabilities, capital, income and expense in 2013;
• Typical mistakes according to the audit inspection results for 2012.

At the seminar Helen Murashko, Head of the Corporate practice, had a presentation “Commercial classified information and organization of a confidentiality system in IT-companies”, and Oksana Kotel, Head of the Court practice, told the audience about litigation regarding software development contracts.

The seminar-forum included two sections (law and accounting) and ended with the Round-table discussion on disputable issues of contract conclusion in the IT-sphere.
