Urgent Alert: Annual Confirmation of Qualification Requirements for Construction Certificate Holders

From December 1st to December 31st, 2025, organizations holding Certificates of Compliance are obligated to confirm adherence to qualification requirements as of December 1st, 2025.

The confirmation process is conducted via electronic interaction through the personal account on the official website of RUP “Belstroytsentr”.

The procedure requires confirmation of:

• required number of employees;
• certified specialists and validity period of their qualification certificates;
• compliance of held positions with the requirements;
• fulfilment of other qualification requirements.

If you are facing a shortage of certified specialists, you have only one month left to remedy the staffing non-compliance.

Failure to submit or late submission of the required information results in the annulment of the certificate of compliance.
