Bankruptcy Procedure in the Republic of Belarus in 2021. Complicated Facts in Simple Words

Review of the procedure of economic insolvency (bankruptcy) in the Republic of Belarus.

By late 2021, economic courts of the Republic of Belarus had 1,437 economic insolvency (bankruptcy) cases including 90,6% (1,302 cases) involving bankruptcy of private entities.

The review will be of interest to companies facing the problem of bankruptcy, being in the position of a debtor or creditor, and responsible persons of the debtor (managers, founders).
