Bankruptcy. Review of Court Cases

REVERA has prepared this overview of most crucial and challenging litigation cases involving bankruptcy in the year 2021 that have been examined by the cassation instance of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus.

The review will be of interest to companies facing the bankruptcy problem, in the position of a debtor or creditor, as well as responsible persons of the debtor (managers, founders, property owners) and acquirers of the bankrupt's property.

Our recommendations in regard to the cases under examination shall not be deemed a legal consultation for certain situations, but are only intended to summarise some tendencies of the 2021 judicial practice in the sphere of economic insolvency and bankruptcy.
