REVERA Law Group at the 5th Belarusian Forum “Construction Activity and Law”

Experts from REVERA Law Group will speak at the anniversary 5th Belarusian Forum “Construction Activity and Law” — one of the key industry events for lawyers, developers and specialists in construction law.
This year, for the first time, the Forum will be held over two days: the first day will be devoted to contractual practice and technologies, and the second to legal regulation and practical case studies.
Participation of REVERA Law Group
- Alexey Antonov, Associate Partner, will moderate the expert panel “Design and Survey Works Agreement: Wording That Works in Court” — a session on contractual structures tested by court practice.
- Sergey Suschenya, Head of the Industry Projects Subpractice, will present on the second day the case study “Decree No. 46: Practice of Applying the Simplified Procedure for the Construction of Facilities of Complexity Classes 4–5”, based on a real project involving an industrial building.
