Plan for Inspections of Personal Data Legislation Compliance for 2025 Published
January 8, 2025 Each year, no later than December 30 of the year preceding the inspections, the National Center for Personal Data Protection publishes a plan for inspections of compliance with personal data legislation.
The inspection plan for 2025 includes nine business entities. The inspections on compliance with personal data legislation will cover operators in the following sectors:
- Tourism services,
- IT services,
- Banks and payment systems,
- Delivery services.
