ATTENTION to certified participants of the construction market: annual confirmation of compliance with the qualification requirements
From 1 December 2023 to 31 December 2023, all holders of compliance certificates are required to provide information on confirmation of compliance with qualification requirements as at 1 December 2023.
For this purpose it is necessary to remotely fill in the form on the site of RUE "BELSTROYCENTRE" att.bsc.by through the personal cabinet (it is not necessary to bring or send documents by post), with the set fields for confirmation of availability:
- the required number of employees in the staff;
- certified specialists;
- fixed assets;
- etc.
The form will only be available from 1 to 31 December 2023.
If the submitted information does not confirm the compliance with the qualification requirements, an extraordinary attestation shall be carried out by decision of the Ministry of Construction and Architecture.
If you forget to complete the compliance form, the company will lose the compliance certificate, as failure to comply with this obligation is one of the grounds for termination of the certificate.
