Denis Bogdanov participated in the Law Forum “Real estate tenancy: important issues of the law enforcement practice”
Forum organized by “Promyshlenno-torgovoe pravo” magazine was conducted in a form of the business conversation. The special guest except for senior associate of Revera Consulting Group was Vice-chairman of Minsk Economic Court Kulakovskii Sergei Leontevich.
The forum’s discussion touched the relationships peculiarities between the commercial real estate tenants and landlords and the key issues of procedure for the conclusion, execution and termination of real estate rental contract.
