Lawyer from Court Practice speaks at seminar “Accounts receivable”

There was held a seminar “Accounts receivable:  effective work on prevention and collection” on January 21, 2013 at the business centre “Park Plaza”. It was arranged by the educational centre “Professional interest” («Профессиональный интерес») in the partnership with the magazine “Lawyer” («Юрист»).

Authors of the seminar materials and speakers were Aleksey Telegin, a lawyer of the Court practice of Revera Consulting Group, and Tatiana Mikolenko, a judge of the Commercial court of the city of Minsk.

Aleksey familiarized the audience with the following topical and practically applicable subjects:

1. Prevention of accounts receivable formation;
2. Interlocutory injunction as a way of minimization of creditors risks connected with failure to repay a debt;
3. Collection of information about reliability of a contractor — a potential debtor;
4. Decision-making on an optimal way of debts collection. Ways of debts collection without worsening relations with a debtor.
