Palina participates in projects to support foreign and Belarusian companies on issues related to the regulation of the IT sphere, including the turnover of digital signs (tokens) and compliance with legislation on the regime of the Hi-Tech Park.

Palina participates in the Legal Due Diligence of IT companies, as well as the preparation of software development contracts and intellectual property assignment agreements.
