Andrei's practice focuses on the sphere of resolution of complex international arbitrations and litigations in a variety of sectors with a particular focus on disputes in the informational technologies (IT) sector. Andrei has experience in arbitration and litigation proceedings conducted under the laws of both continental and common jurisdictions.
Andrei also participates in projects focused on protection of businesses in unfair competition matters as well as enforcement of intellectual property rights in the CIS, the EU, the UK and the USA.
