Anastasia has been working in the field of legal consulting and bankruptcy for 12 years. In the REVERA team, she is responsible for legal support of investment deals in IT. In addition, Anastasia has extensive experience in representing clients in bankruptcy proceedings, real estate disputes and construction disputes.
The most significant Anastasia’s projects in the field of IT are the support of the investor's interests in the startup investment deal - a generator of digital twins, as well as support for the restructuring process of an international group of companies with offices in more than 5 countries around the world.
Anastasia considers her most complicated and complex legal disputes, which ended in favor of the client:
- Representation of the interests of the Slovenian general contractor RIKO d.o.o. in a complex of court cases with the customer, as well as subcontractors, for the construction of a large hotel complex in Minsk.
- Judicial support of the interests of the largest Polish construction company Unibep in disputes with the contractor for the construction of a logistics complex.
- Successful protection of a large developer in the field of housing construction in a bankruptcy case at the request of the creditor.

Our lawyers consulted the Client for the purpose of settling differences with the customer, and in particular developed a strategy and a legal position to protect the Client’s interests in court in an action of collection of penalties for unsatisfactory provision of services.
